We’re looking to hire a Full Time Graphic Designer for a dynamic and innovative marketing company in the Real Estate/Property Managment realm.This is a full time opportunity, which is fully remote/EST. The corporate office is in Estero, Florida. Candidates within the region would be welcomed. There will be onsite meetings approx. 1x month at the Corporate Office.Responsibilities:• Graphic Design Portfolio showcasing highly aesthetic, published work from clients is required.• If you have experience designing for real estate type clients it’s helpful, but not required.• Strong emphasis in Social Media, Marketing, Postcard, and other type of static design needed.• Passionate about user experience• Strong organizational & communication skills• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines• Be obsessed about quality and pay attention to detail• Ability to receive design feedback/critique and modify accordingly• Detail oriented, reliable, self-starting individual• Passion to create and learn new things• Have a customer focused attitude, with experience emailing and virtual meeting with clients• Personal accountability and responsibility• Experienced and able to work independently in the following design softwares: Figma (required), Adobe Photoshop & Adobe IllustratorRequirements:• Translate both client requests and internal project requests into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to understand and emotionally engaging.• Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices.• Collaborate with clients, managers, and team members throughout the various phases of a project in order to create compelling designs.• Communicate with clients via email and phone to discuss project scope and design.• Receive client and management feedback and complete design adjustments/revisions.• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.• Handle multiple projects simultaneously & ensure projects are completed before deadlines.• Organize workload and document project details using Monday software, Google Calendar & Google Drive• Graphic Design experience 2+ years (Preferred)• Figma: 1 year (Required)Perks & Benefits:To learn more about this opportunity, apply now.
